  • Outlaw Energy (Sisters, Oregon)

    Craft3 provided Outlaw Energy with a bridge loan for delivery of a completed $1.3 million BTU pellet boiler system to Sisters High School. The installation replaced the existing commercial oil heating and hot water system for the 42,000 square foot high school. Sisters School District estimates annual savings of $36,000.

  • Craft3’s Home Energy Efficiency Loan through CEWO

    Through CEWO, Craft3’s Home Energy Efficiency Loan is available to homeowners in Oregon’s Clackamas, Clatsop, Columbia, Multnomah, Tillamook and Washington Counties. Since 2009, Craft3 has provided over $27.6 million in loans to more than 2,100 homeowners.

  • Raatz Construction Company (Seattle, Washington)

    Craft3 made an energy efficiency contractor loan to RCC to supply working capital for construction contracts qualified under the Community Power Works (CPW) program. RCC will use its loan for up-front costs associated with Craft3 home energy efficiency upgrade projects in the City of Seattle.

  • Khan Machine Tools (Seattle, Washington)

    When Mohammad Khan needed to replace two old compressors, he contacted Craft3 for an Energy Efficiency Loan for Small Business. Craft3’s loan allowed Khan Machine Tools to replace two old compressors with a quiet, energy efficient model. The new compressor saves Mohammad 13,941 KwH in energy costs annually.

  • Northwest Thermal Systems (Estacada, Oregon)

  • Tim Aguero & Luce Cousineau (Seattle, Washington)

    Tim and Luce qualified for incentives, discounts, and rebates totaling almost $5,000. Craft3 provided a low-interest loan for the balance. The Aguero’s reduced their energy consumption by 59% and are expected to reduce their heating costs by over $1,300 per year.

    As a partner in the City of Seattle’s CPW program to achieve deep energy savings and create green jobs through a building upgrade program, Craft3 provided ecoFAB with a contractor advance line of credit to finance costs associated with energy upgrades.

  • EnerG2 (Albany, Oregon)

    When EnerG2 needed financing to complete a commercial scale production site in Albany, OR, they came to Craft3. Craft3 provided EnerG2 with the necessary capital using federal New Markets Tax Credits, with the investment provided by JPMorgan Chase.
