Adan Acevedo

Adan Acevedo is an integral part of the Craft3 Lending Services team. As a Loan Servicing Coordinator, he supports the team throughout the life of a loan: due diligence, billing, payments, payoffs, third-party inquiries or anything else related to the loans or customer concerns.

He joined Craft3 in 2024. What drew him to Craft3 is the mission and the opportunity to make an impact in the local communities. For example, having a strong interest in the climate crisis, Adan appreciates how Craft3’s Clean Water loans provide assistance to improve homes while keeping the environment safe.

Previously, Adan worked for a bank in loan servicing, which included commercial and consumer mortgage loans. His personal interests include physical fitness, such as lifting weights, participating in running clubs, and enjoying coffee walks in the neighborhood.
