Read about our upcoming closure, how it might impact you, and steps we’re taking to invest in our team

Craft3 will close over the upcoming holidays for a companywide week of rest from December 24th through January 1st.

Investing in our team ensures they can continue to provide the best possible service to our customers and communities. We are grateful for your understanding and support.

We’ve done what we can to minimize the impact of this closure on our customers. Read below for specific answers on how it might impact you.

This is the second time in 2024 we’ve taken a companywide week of rest, following a closure the week of Independence Day. At that time, we also announced the expansion of our employee benefits program, including tripling our parental leave benefit, expanding bereavement leave, and making it easier for employees to invest in their own wellness. These steps prioritize employee needs and work-life balance so that we have the focus, energy, and creativity to pursue our mission.

These changes are a significant shift in how Craft3 does business – all with the goal of better supporting our employees so that they can better support you, our customers and communities.

FAQ on our companywide week of rest

What does the closure from December 24th through January 1st mean for me?

Most of our team will be away resting and recharging. This means responses to calls and emails will be delayed until we are back in the office on January 2nd.

We will have a reduced team available to review urgent situations. To contact them, please email using the form at the bottom of this page or leave a message at 888-231-2170 x115. They will do their best to reply within 2 business days.

Can I make a payment while you are closed?

Yes. You can make payments while we are closed using our online portal or by mailing a check to the addresses below. Funds will not be pulled from your account until January 2nd. Any payments received during our closure will be back-dated to the date received. You will not accrue interest on the amount paid.

Overnight Payments:
Lockbox Services 003914
Craft3
18035 Sperry Drive
Tukwila, WA 98188

Regular Payments:
Craft3
PO Box 3914
Seattle, WA 98124

Regular payments can be sent by U.S. Postal Service to our Regular payments address.

Time sensitive payments should be sent by FedEx or UPS to our Overnight payments address. This reduces the chance of a delay.

What happens if I sign my loan documents while Craft3 is closed?

If you sign your loan documents during this week, we will begin the process of finalizing your loan and disbursing funds on January 2nd. Please reach out to your lender if you anticipate challenges with this timing.

Will you continue processing applications?

No. We will not process new inquiries or applications for financing until we are back in the office on January 2nd.

Can I receive a disbursement on my loan between December 24th and January 1st?

No. We will be unable to process disbursements during our closure. Please proactively work with your lender to discuss options including advancing or delaying disbursements to minimize the chance that your project is negatively impacted.

Will Craft3 process invoices received by accounts payable between December 24th and January 1st?

No. We will be unable to process invoices received between December 24th and January 1st. We look forward to processing these when we are back in the office after January 2nd.
