As Business Liaison at Craft3, Joel works closely with prospective customers to help them prepare for Craft3 Business Loans. He evaluates their fit for lending, assists them in gathering necessary documents, and connects them with Business Services or external resources to set them up for success.
With a background in mortgage lending, Joel brings a strong financial perspective to his role, ensuring small businesses have the support they need to thrive.
Beyond his work, Joel is passionate about giving back to the community. He volunteers at the Hacienda Home Fair, Oregon Food Bank, Bienestar Oregon fundraising events, and local beach and river cleanups.
When he's not helping businesses or volunteering, you'll find Joel outdoors—hiking, jogging with his dogs, and chasing adventure. A self-proclaimed adrenaline junkie, he enjoys rafting, snowboarding, and even skydiving!
