On behalf of Craft3’s Board of Directors and employees, I am excited to share an important milestone in our search for Craft3’s next Chief Executive Officer. Earlier today, we published the Position Profile, officially kicking off the public recruitment process.

The Position Profile may be found with the button above or from the Careers section of the Craft3 website. The position is open until filled, however, interested candidates are encouraged to submit their applications by January 6, 2025.

Earlier this year, Craft3 retained Glick Davis & Associates, a respected executive search firm with deep experience in supporting non-profits and peer community development financial institutions (CDFIs), to support our Board in finding Craft3’s next leader. As a member of Craft3’s Board of Directors and co-chair of this search process, I extend my gratitude to many throughout the Craft3 organization whose perspectives shaped the profile and recruitment effort now underway. While the search process moves forward, we are especially thankful for the ongoing leadership provided by President and interim CEO Bruce Brooks.

Thank you for helping us spread the word on this exciting news. Identifying Craft3’s next CEO represents an incredible opportunity for our organization and the people we serve to build a thriving, just and empowered Pacific Northwest.
