As a Craft3 Senior Business Lender, Ali Peman-Dupier provides financing to Pacific NW businesses providing demonstrable value to their communities. She manages a loan portfolio that meets Craft3’s mission, financial and risk goals—which are aligned to her own professional priorities.

Having moved from Spain to the US when she was 6, Ali is bilingual and has lived on both the East Coast and West Coast. She joined Craft3 in 2024 and previously worked in the CDFI/social enterprise finance space for more than a decade. An outdoor enthusiast who is grateful for a local music scene, she also serves on the board of California FarmLink.
