Avandra Speaks bridges the gap between Lenders and Closers and streamlines the commercial loan closing process. In this brand-new role, she’s building systems to make lending more efficient and effective.
After working with Craft3 from 2018 to 2020, she returned in 2025, drawn once again by the organization’s dedication to Pacific Northwest communities. "Empowering entrepreneurs, families, and communities to follow their dreams fosters a growth mindset and impacts this area in powerful and meaningful ways,” Avandra reflects. “Traditional financial institutions require applicants to fit into a box. Outside of work, Avandra is a plant-based chef, a sacred sound healer, and an avid learner with a passion for holistic nutrition and meditation. Coming from a large and close-knit family, she loves spending time with her kids, partner, parents, and other family members and friends.
