Fadeshola Ijilana is the Assistant Controller (Loans) and is responsible for accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial controls, as well as preparing financial statements and supporting the annual budget process. She joined Craft3 in 2024, originally as a Senior Accountant. Coming from the oil and gas industry, she is new to the world of nonprofits and financial institutions and is excited to build on her prior experience and learn.

Fadeshola enjoys swimming and dancing as hobbies, and cherishes her family above all.
