As the Marketing Operations Manager, Greg helps Craft3 teams use technology and data to engage with prospective customers more effectively and to understand the impact of marketing and outreach campaigns. He champions Craft3’s financial empowerment for low-income and historically disenfranchised groups.
One of Greg’s favorite parts about marketing operations is the fact that it touches every level of the business. He loves to see team members light up when they realize how new tools, processes, and data can support our clients. The diversity of projects makes each day new and engaging.
Prior to joining Craft3 in 2023, Greg worked for investment startups, specializing in “revenue” roles that encompassed traditional marketing, sales, and customer success. Originally from Seattle, he spent 12 years in China (Yunnan province, Shanghai, and Beijing) and considers Beijing a second home.
