In his role as an Operations Administrator at Craft3, Jeffrey Hernandez supports effective execution of day-to-day transactions while providing high-quality customer service to all employees and Craft3 clients. Jeffrey is directly involved with tasks focused on administrative duties and operations, and he may occasionally serve as a partner to Human Resources and hiring managers throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.

 

Jeffrey joined Craft3 in 2024. He previously served in the U.S. Coast Guard for 20 years, enlisting while still a teenager. Word of mouth and company culture drew him to Craft3.

Born and raised in Rancho Cucamonga, California, Jeffrey now lives in Oregon with his family. As a sports fan, he enjoys following the L.A. Chargers and volunteering to coach his daughter's soccer team.
