Kelly DuLong is the inaugural Chief People Officer (CPO) at Craft3, a position she assumed in January 2025. A former Division I fastpitch softball relief pitcher for the University of Notre Dame, Kelly is adept at performing under pressure and fostering team cohesion. Her professional background encompasses both private and non-profit sectors. Throughout her career, Kelly has been dedicated to developing individuals to achieve career success, emphasizing the importance of cultivating a culture that recognizes and respects team talent.
