Mark Stevenson is a Senior Advisor at Craft3, bringing decades of financial and community development experience to his work. He previously led Craft3’s New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) program and served for five years as the organization’s Chief Financial Officer. In these roles, Mark was responsible for overseeing strategic investments that help businesses, developers, and nonprofits access the capital needed to invest in economically distressed communities.
Before joining Craft3, Mark spent 35 years in banking, including a decade as CEO of a locally-focused community bank. Throughout his career, Mark has been committed to making a lasting difference in his community. He currently serves on the boards of the Jessie F. Richardson Foundation and Age+, two organizations dedicated to asset-based community development and housing solutions for underserved older adults.
