Paulo Rossi aims to be a long-time partner and adviser to our clients. He cherishes the opportunity to build relationships and support people, their businesses and the communities that support them.

Paulo states, “I want to be able to help an entrepreneur buy their first piece of commercial real estate or help a community buy and develop land that will enhance and provide opportunity in a way they have never experienced before.”

A great day at work for Paulo involves engaging with someone new, learning about their unique story, understanding their future goals, and discovering ways to assist them. This could be through the services we provide at Craft3 or by connecting them with the ideal partner for their current and future needs. It's about creating meaningful connections and offering support that makes a real difference.

Paulo joined Craft3 in 2024. He has more than 20 years of experience in the banking industry and has worked in every role from branch banking to small business lender to financing large-balance investor commercial real estate. He’s a huge soccer fan and loves to play golf, soccer and pickleball. His favorite activity, though, is to explore and spend time with his wife and two kids.
