Well-versed in nonprofit fundraising, Rachel is proud to be engaged in work that directly impacts underserved communities.
“I work at Craft3 because it's an organization invested in shifting power and creating access to resources for communities that have not historically had access. I care deeply about how I can use my power and privilege to invest in the community I live in.”
Prior to joining Craft3 in 2022, Rachel served as the Director of Development & Communications at Dress for Success Oregon. She’s an avid reader, having earned a MA in Comparative Literature with a focus on Russian and English Literatures and loves getting outside in Oregon no matter the season.
