Sarah Lambert

Controller, VP
NMLS#:
I was drawn to Craft3 because of their work helping borrowers who have difficulty accessing funds.

Sarah brings a unique perspective to her work at Craft3, as the previous owner of a bookkeeping and financial advising business. As Controller, she oversees all accounting operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and compliance, while implementing policies to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency.

Her role dovetails with her personal commitment to enabling financial empowerment, especially for those who have been excluded from traditional financing. “We need to find ways to help build generational wealth and not just continue to help the same groups of people. I believe Craft3 is doing this work and I am happy to be a part of the solution.”

Sarah joined Craft3 in 2022 and is an active community volunteer with Parkinson’s research in Oregon and nationally. She also serves as a Court Appointed Special Advocate in Clatsop County and tries to learn new things from everyone she meets.
