Sharla leads the loan closing team, overseeing commercial and consumer loan administration to ensure a positive customer experience while also ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards. As the manager she encourages her team members to deepen their professional experience and helps them find opportunities for growth.
Sharla enjoys playing a part in helping borrowers to reach their goals. “It's extremely rewarding to assist clients who may not otherwise obtain financing and help them realize their goals and dreams. Craft3’s focus on reducing the equity gap for minority and women owned businesses helps whole communities rise.”
Prior to joining Craft3 in 2006, Sharla worked for ShoreBank Pacific, our former affiliated mission-based bank. She loves the outdoors and recently relocated to central Oregon for more fun in the sun and opportunities to hike, explore, and ride her dirt bike!
