Craft3 will close from December 24th through January 1st to allow our team time to rest and recharge. Read more about why on our blog.
After joining Craft3, Stephanie quickly realized the reach and impact of working for a regional CDFI. “The fact that we can support a rural fishman off the Washington coast to buy a new fishing boat to helping the Black Oregon Land Trust purchase land to educate their communities about the importance of farming to financing a new mobile home for a family in suburban Oregon, is amazing.”
“Craft3's mission is the reason I work in lending. With a background in economic development and finance, I believe that CDFIs are a key tool to lessen the racial wealth gap and allow entrepreneurs who have been left out of traditional banking institutions to access capital.”
Stephanie joined Craft3 in 2022. Prior to discovering the CDFI world she worked at the SBA and in international development in Senegal with the Peace Corps and Catholic Relief Services. She was born and raised in Seattle and is happy to be back in the PNW with its vibrant local foodsheds and lots of strong coffee!
