Summer implements and administers Craft3’s human resources policies and procedures. They oversee everything from hiring to payroll processing, employment compliance and much more. Summer explains, “I'm truly just a resource for humans!”
Before joining Craft3 in 2022, Summer held human resources positions in healthcare and wine distribution. They earned their Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certificate in 2023 and are excited to continue learning.
Outside of work, Summer enjoys spending time at home and crafting new projects whether that’s cross stitch, embroidery, or photography. They also volunteer with local animal sanctuaries and shelters. “So many animal babies need hugs and I want to be the one to give them some. I have a personal history of foster fails and will more than likely end up bringing one home with me. Just ask my 5 cats and 3 dogs.”
